Who I am And What I Do
Chris joined Officeworks in 2023, bringing 12 years of experience and leadership in the interior products and workplace services industry. He is passionate about the growth and development of organizations and their people. As CEO, Chris ensures that company goals align with its mission and values. He leads strategic partnerships, expansion and growth initiatives into new markets and segments, and the development of tools and resources to support clients and partners in a continuously evolving landscape.
Chris holds a BA in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University and is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
Who I am And What I Do
Sarah has been a leader in the Philadelphia contract furniture industry for over 20 years. She joined Officeworks, formerly Workplace Environments, right after college and has never looked back. As CRO, Sarah is responsible for driving business growth by developing long-term client partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results. She plays a key role in shaping sales strategy, expanding market presence, and ensuring the company meets its revenue goals.
Sarah combines her ability to listen and her vast product knowledge to create innovative solutions that align with client needs. Her strategic approach and commitment to service have contributed to a strong track record of success with major accounts such as Hamilton Lane, Novo Nordisk, and The Hershey Company.
Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with family, boating, and reading.
Who I am And What I Do
Steve joined Officeworks in 2022 with over 21 years of experience in dealership services. As President, Steve is focused on all aspects of customer experience and the Officeworks brand. He believes that hard work, respect, strong culture, effective communication, and a team approach are essential for success in all areas of the dealership experience.
In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with family, playing and watching sports, and participating in his church.

Felicia has been in the furniture industry for more than 22 years, working with Teknion from the start. Her background, knowledge, and experience as a Senior Designer and Project Manager led to her becoming EVP of Design & Project Management, where she oversees the design and project management teams for all locations. Her role is to manage, mentor, and guide her teams to implement flawless project execution.
Outside of the office, Felicia enjoys spending time with her family and their Bernese mountain dogs, working out, and going to the beach.
Who I am And What I Do
George joined the Officeworks team in September of 2016 as the Financial Manager of Officeworks New York. George graduated from the University of Vermont in 2002 and brings with him over 11 years of financial management experience working with Turner Construction in Boston.
George and his wife Jenny have two children named George IV and Vivian. The Dakin’s enjoy spending time in the mountains skiing during the winter and waterskiing and boating during the summer.
Who I am And What I Do
As EVP of HR & Culture, Christy is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resources function and establishing a vision and direction for the full complement of core human capital programs, policies and services. This includes providing leadership and direction in the development of HR policies that promote maximum effectiveness in the Officeworks workforce while supporting the Officeworks mission. Christy’s prior experience includes over 15 years at Teknion and four years in education. Christy graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Accounting.
Outside of the office, Christy enjoys spending time with her family (husband and daughter), heading to the beach in the summer, using her new peloton, and vacationing.
Who I am And What I Do
Mark joined Officeworks as a Principal in 2010, bringing over 15 years of industry leadership experience to our team. Mark enjoys working with our entire team of professionals to ensure a flawless furniture experience for our customers. Mark is no stranger to working with teams, having played in the Houston Astros organization for several years as a pitcher.
These days, in his free time, Mark is an avid bicyclist and competes in the Pan-Mass Challenge to benefit cancer research.
Who I am And What I Do
Bill joined the Officeworks team in 2021 with over 25 years of experience in the furniture industry. Previously, he co-founded and grew IMA Corporate Interiors to an award-winning furniture dealer in Atlanta, Georgia. Bill’s strengths include problem-solving, team building, understanding clients’ needs, and a relentless passion for delivering an amazing client experience. Bill is no stranger to teamwork, having played both football and lacrosse at Hobart College, where he earned a degree in Economics.
Bill lives in Atlanta with his wife and three sons. In his free time, you will find him coaching lacrosse or enjoying the outdoors, fishing, and hunting.

Peter has over 20 years experience in the field from both the manufacturer and dealership perspectives. As Managing Director, his main focus is on the activities and productivity of the Furniture Sales Team, Architectural Products Group and Customer Service departments. Peter’s main goal is to make sure we consistently provide the best experience and service to our clients. Peter lives in Wakefield with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching youth hockey.

Liz joined Officeworks in 2024 with 26 years of experience in the commercial interiors industry, ranging from furniture, textiles, and carpet to tile. She spent ten years at Knoll in sales leadership, managing sales offices in nine states across the Southeastern US. As the Managing Director of Officeworks Atlanta, Liz is committed to ensuring that every client, employee, and partner has an exceptional experience every time. Liz thrives in a team environment surrounded by design professionals. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Textile Design from the University of Georgia in 1997.
Outside of the office, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband, Jaimie, daughter, Scarlet Wren, and German shorthaired pointer puppy, Dixie.

Karen joined Officeworks in 2022 with over 21 years of design, sales, and project implementation experience. As Principal and Managing Director, Karen is focused on providing the highest levels of service to each and every client. She prides herself on her ability to develop “dream teams” in order to establish and maintain a concierge approach to client solutions. With a spotlight on effective communication, discipline, and integrity, Karen works with her teams to ensure that all Officeworks clients receive the best service and team experience.
Outside of the office, Karen enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and working out.
Who I am And What I Do
As Senior Vice President of Sales, Samantha leads the DC team in delivering client and partner projects with a commitment to exceptional service and collaboration. With over 16 years of experience spanning design, sales, execution, and leadership, she brings a well-rounded perspective to every project. Her expertise across the interior architecture, manufacturer representation, and furniture dealership sectors equips her with a unique problem-solving approach. Samantha emphasizes the importance of teamwork and synergy, believing it to be the foundation for success in every project.
Outside of the office, Samantha enjoys hiking, spending time with her dogs, and exploring design.
Who I am And What I Do
Scott joined Officeworks in 2023 with over 30 years of experience from both the manufacturing and dealer sides of the industry. As Managing Director of our new Nashville location, Scott will oversee and manage day-to-day operations and focus on launching the OW brand, creating new business at all levels, and building a performance-driven team that is customer-focused first and foremost.
Scott and his wife have three daughters and a golden retriever named Archie. Over the years, he and his family have lived in NC, DC, San Francisco, Dallas, and Nashville. Outside of the office, Scott enjoys golf, working out, traveling, and spending time with family.

Dennis brings 20+ years of experience to the Officeworks team. Dennis joined Officeworks as the Co-Managing Director of Officeworks NY/ NJ offices in January of 2021. Dennis previously spent 12 years with Teknion in various “new business development” and leadership roles. Dennis prides himself in bringing the best possible solutions to the clients he is working with. Dennis’s primary goal is to make sure our clients receive the best possible customer service and experience with Officeworks.
When not working, Dennis enjoys spending time at the beach with his family or playing some golf.

Amanda joined Officeworks in 2024 bringing over 12 years of project management experience and 6 years of demountable walls experience. With a background in the construction industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Amanda’s strong product/installation knowledge and communication skills ensure all project partners remain up-to-date and work cohesively throughout the project lifecycle.

Troy joined Officeworks in 2022 with over 20 years of experience in the commercial furniture industry. During this time, he has held multiple positions, such as a Strategic Team Lead, Area Sales Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Director of Logistics & Operations. Troy has served in multiple sectors, including Corporate, Healthcare, Financial, and Retail, focusing on National accounts. He has experience in both large corporate projects as well as multi-location roll-outs. Troy’s primary focus is to provide the best customer experience possible, and he relentlessly strives to exceed the client’s expectations.
Outside of the office, Troy enjoys exercising, camping, spending time outdoors, and listening to live music.
Who I am And What I Do
Chris has over 21 years of experience in the furniture industry working for general contractors, furniture dealers, and manufacturers. He was at Teknion for over 15 years and was directly involved in the launch of the Architectural Products division in 2000, traveling the United States working on countless high profile wall projects for clients like Exxon and American Express. As Vice President of Strategic Accounts for Architectural Solutions, Chris uses his extensive experience to guide the team through all aspects of a wall project.
Who I am And What I Do
Katelyn joined Officeworks in 2023, bringing a vibrant perspective and a passion for brand strategy. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. As Marketing Coordinator, Katelyn’s role is to increase awareness of the Officeworks brand within the architecture and design community and to generate interest in our products, partnerships, and culture.
In her free time, Katelyn enjoys listening to music, watching Philadelphia sports, and playing with her Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Colby.
Who I am And What I Do
Gary joined Officeworks in 2022, bringing over 20 years of industry experience. With an extensive background in furniture and wall installations, Gary brings great insight and problem-solving skills to unexpected situations in the field.
In his free time, Gary enjoys playing basketball, watching sports, going on hikes, and spending time at the beach.
Who I am And What I Do
Heather joined Officeworks in 2023 bringing many years of industry experience. She began her career in the commercial art world, matting, framing, and installing art before landing in the commercial furniture industry, where she has been for over twenty years. Heather graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in History and from the Art Institute of Philadelphia with an AST in Interior Design.
In her free time, Heather enjoys Jeep rides through the Pine Barrens and spending time with her retired racers (she adopts Greyhounds). At least once a year, she takes a vacation. Germany and Ireland are usually at the top of her list.

Connor joined Officeworks in 2023 with six years of industry experience in roles such as Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and most recently, Director of Commercial Real Estate & New Business Development. Connor’s focus is on cultivating relationships within the CRE and A&D community while developing new business and brand awareness for Officeworks in Atlanta.
Outside of the office, Connor enjoys golf, baseball, and spending time with his family.
Who I am And What I Do
Chris joined Officeworks in 2023 after working in construction for over 20 years. He started in the field and, through experience and his ability to evaluate and refine processes, was brought into the office in order to have an impact on multiple projects. Most recently, Chris was Director of Estimating for Empire Homes – Atlanta Division, where he led a team of estimators and purchasing agents.
In his spare time, Chris is an unpaid Uber driver for his three children and their various athletic endeavors.

Erin joined Officeworks in 2022 with eight years of experience in the commercial furniture industry. After graduating from Dickinson College with a BS in Economics, she spent a few years in the financial services industry before stumbling into the world of corporate office furniture. Erin enjoys combining her financial background with her experience in commercial furniture to help her customers invest in their people through beautiful office spaces. She prides herself on customer service and loves being a resource for her clients. Erin has managed both large and small commercial projects ranging from law firms, to biotech, to higher education.
Outside of the office, Erin enjoys going to the beach, going out to eat, playing with her dog, riding horses, and spending time with friends and family
Who I am And What I Do
Ashley graduated from Endicott College, with a B.F.A. in Interior Design. She joined Officeworks in 2024 with prior experience at an architectural firm, where she was involved in all aspects of design and construction. A champion of sustainability, Ashley strives to implement these principles whenever she can, whether on the job or in her personal life.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys hiking, spending time with her friends and family, and music.
Who I am And What I Do
Grady has 13 years of experience in the Furniture industry. She graduated with a BFA in Interior Design from Syracuse University and is a LEED AP. Grady’s responsibilities at officeworks include space planning, typical development, furniture drawings, specifications and finish selections. In her spare time you can find her running around with her son Charlie or outdoors with her two dogs Lola and Scarlet.
Who I am And What I Do
As an Ancillary Specialist, Grace works with Sales, Design, and Special Projects to provide our clients with the highest quality of service and support. Her focus is on supporting ancillary projects, ensuring that all information and specifications are accurate throughout the project. Grace graduated from Wake Forest University in 2021 with a B.A. in Studio Art with a concentration in Printmaking and a minor in Writing.
In her free time, Grace enjoys making art, cooking, and spending time with her dogs, friends, and extended family.
Who I am And What I Do
Paige joined the Officeworks team in 2021 with 15 years of experience in the commercial and contract furniture industry. Her expertise and knowledge as a Designer and Commercial Furniture Specifier have allowed her to successfully utilize her skills in all aspects of the design and furniture process. Paige effectively conveys the client’s design through detailed furniture plans, specifications, 3D isometrics, and renderings. She enjoys collaborating with the internal team and clients to create designs that exceed their expectations. A 2003 graduate of Georgia Southern University, Paige holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from their CIDA Accredited program. She also has an Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Atlanta.
Paige is a Pinterest fanatic who enjoys everything art and design related. She also enjoys crafting, spending quality time with family and friends, live concerts, and rolling a few strikes at the bowling alley.

Barbara joined Officeworks in 2023, bringing over 30 years of experience in the contract office furniture industry. She has worked on the manufacturer side and embraced the dealer side of the business upon relocating from Houston to Atlanta in 1996. Having spent many years in sales and operations, she found a passion for sales support. Details and deadlines are her world!
When not working, Barbara enjoys spending time with her family (holding steady at 11 grandchildren), going to concerts and dance performances, shopping, and generally being outdoors (preferably near water)!

April joined Officeworks in 2023, bringing over ten years of industry experience. A strong multi-tasker and team player, she is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. April has coordinated large and small projects across the United States in multiple industries, such as education, law firms, and pharmaceuticals.
In her free time, April enjoys being outdoors, camping, sports, and spending time with her family.

Kim joined Officeworks in 2025, bringing over 30 years of experience in interior design, account management, and project management. With a unique perspective gained from working for a manufacturer, with dealer partners, and as a client, she is known for her strong attention to detail and collaborative approach.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and three cats. She also loves group fitness classes, relaxing at the beach, shopping, and baking.

Tammy has worked in the commercial furniture industry for 36 years gaining experience in manufacturing, accounting, project management, and customer service. In her role as a Sales Coordinator, Tammy creates proposals, checks manufacturer acknowledgments, verifies pricing, and coordinates deliveries with installers and clients. She is committed to assisting the team in any way she can to provide clients with a positive experience with our services.
Outside of the office, Tammy enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.
Who I am And What I Do
Kelly joined Officeworks in 2024 with over 17 years of experience in the design industry. Her expertise spans from designing award-winning spaces to strategic sales and brand marketing. She spent eight years representing Teknion, contributing to the brand’s success within the A+D community. As a licensed interior designer, Kelly has a deep understanding of design principles and industry practices. Kelly’s creative design approach, paired with her empathetic leadership and strategic insight, enables her to forge meaningful connections between people and place.
In her free time, Kelly loves embarking on adventures with her husband and two daughters, flexing her creativity with a renovation project, recipe-free cooking, and listening to a good audiobook.

Allison joined Officeworks in 2025 as a Senior Accountant. She brings a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in both industry and public accounting. Before joining Officeworks, she served as a Senior Accountant at a software company, where she played a key role in the monthly close process and preparation of financial statements. Earlier in her career, Allison worked as a Senior Audit Accountant, performing audit and review procedures, as well as drafting financial statements and disclosures for a variety of clients. In June 2025, she earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys staying active through strength training, boxing, and playing soccer.

Elizabeth joined the Officeworks team in 2021, bringing over 13 years of industry experience. As a Design Manager for Architectural Solutions, Elizabeth is committed to providing exemplary customer service and attention to detail to ensure the best partnership with each and every client. With a primary focus on Architectural Interiors, Elizabeth uses her design foundation and analytical approach to provide solutions that best speak to your specific project’s design intent, performance requirements, and budget.

Darlene joined Officeworks in 2022 with over 20 years of industry experience in the dealer environment. As a Senior Project Manager, Darlene is focused on successfully executing each project through good communication, teamwork, and strategic planning. When away from work, Darlene enjoys spending time with family and friends, biking, and taking her dog Laila for a walk at the beach or by the bay.

Katherine joined Officeworks in 2024 with over 17 years of experience in the industry. As an Account Executive, Katherine excels in driving quality and operational excellence across all projects. Her collaborative leadership and strategic execution ensure that each project is aligned with client needs and organizational goals. Katherine is dedicated to building strong relationships through a deep understanding of client requirements, consistent communication, and building trust through the delivery of high-quality services.

Who I am And What I Do
Jystina joined Officeworks in 2022 as an Account Coordinator with over 15 years of experience in the contract furniture industry. She is very detail-oriented and has extensive knowledge of the order entry process, from proposals to invoicing. Jystina thrives on completing difficult tasks and learning new things. Outside of the office, she enjoys basketball, photography, traveling, concerts, and anything involving NASA and outer space.

Cassandra graduated from Kean University in May of 2011 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design and a minor in Art History. Since then, she has worked exclusively in the furniture industry. She began her career as an AutoCAD designer and worked her way through the business to partake in the administration side. After five years in high-end residential, Cassandra used her acquired skillset in project management and administration, applying her knowledge to corporate office furniture where she currently supports retail and corporate projects for TD Bank. Cassandra’s experience and design background give her the ability to execute projects from start to finish.
Outside of the office, Cassandra enjoys spending quality time with her son, Clark and her husband, Alberto. She also enjoys creating personalized crafts and keeps busy transforming her family’s first house into a home.

Jack joined Officeworks in 2025 with over 30 years of experience in the contract furniture industry, bringing a wealth of expertise in operations, project management, and account management. As an Architectural Solutions Account Executive, he is dedicated to building strong client relationships and supporting Officeworks’ growth in the Nashville market.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie, and their dog, Sadie. He is also a passionate artist, photographer, and videographer, as well as an avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan.
Who I am And What I Do
Steve joined Officeworks in 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience in the contract furniture industry. As SVP, Workplace Consultant, Steve is the main point of contact for the client and project team. His dedication to every project begins at its inception and continues through Day 2 and beyond, always striving to exceed client expectations.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, walking his mini Golden Doodle, Zuzu, traveling, and playing golf.
Who I am And What I Do
Meagan graduated with a BS in Engineering and a minor in Architecture from Roger Williams University. She has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry as both an Owner’s Representative and a General Contractor. She is highly skilled at working and coordinating with the client, A/E teams, contractor, and other owner vendors to ensure a smooth project delivery.
In her free time, Meagan enjoys spending time with her dogs, baking, and finding new breweries with friends and family.

As a Senior Workplace Consultant, Gail is the main point of contact for the client and project team. She blends design expertise with a client-focused approach to deliver tailored solutions for projects of all sizes. Gail brings over 25 years of experience in the commercial furniture industry, and enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients.
Outside of work Gail enjoys golfing, watching the Washington Capitals and Baltimore Ravens, and spending time with her family.

Maria joined Officeworks in 2023, bringing 15 years of furniture industry experience in the dealer environment. As a Project Manager, Maria is focused on providing excellent customer support and is dedicated to executing each project through strategic planning, ensuring its successful completion.

As a Project Manager at Officeworks, Jeff loves helping people understand the furniture delivery and installation process. He has spent the majority of his career in the contract furniture industry, gaining experiences in areas such as logistical planning, project site management and electrical coordination.

Who I am And What I Do
Jessica joined Officeworks in June of 2012, coming to us with over 5 years of furniture industry experience. She graduated with a BS in Landscape Architecture from The Ohio State University and a BA in Interior Design from the University of Akron. Jessica’s responsibilities include program development, space planning, typical development, furniture drawings, specifications and finish selections. Jessica lives in Marion, MA with her husband Jon and three kids Aidan, Gavin, and Landon.
Who I am And What I Do
As a Senior Project Manager, James focuses on building relationships with his customers and providing strong support for his internal and external teams. He is passionate about providing the best customer experience and approaches every situation with a teamwork mentality focused on solutions. He has experience working directly in the Boston and New York City markets and has supported other markets across the country.
Outside of the office, James enjoys baking sourdough bread, standup comedy, and photography.

Kris has over 30 years of experience in the contract furniture industry in many different support roles. She joined Officeworks in 2020 as a Senior Sales Coordinator focused on national accounts and, in 2023, was promoted to Corporate Trainer. Kris is very accustomed to working in a team environment—this is where she thrives!
Outside of the office, Kris enjoys listening to music, spending time with family and friends, and watching her daughter’s softball games.

Abby joined Officeworks in 2024, bringing three years of business experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Salem State University in 2021. As a Finance Coordinator, Abby supports the finance team by processing payments and serving as a liaison with customers and vendors.
Outside of the office, Abby enjoys cooking, watching the Bruins, and spending weekends on Cape Cod.

Amy joined Officeworks in 2024, bringing over 25 years of industry experience. She has held senior leadership positions with large contract furniture manufacturers and has served as President for two luxury hospitality brands and a contract furniture dealership. Amy is known for cultivating long-term relationships with clients and industry partners and enjoys bringing value to clients through the strength of her network.

Nick joined Officeworks in 2023 with eight years of experience in design and customer service. Nick has a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and Architecture from Marywood University. His education and experience have given him a strong foundation in design and project management. Nick’s passion for design and architecture and his sales knowledge make him a valuable asset to both the design and sales teams.
In his free time, Nick loves to travel, redecorate his house and spend as much time as possible with his dog.
Who I am And What I Do
John joined Officeworks in 2021 as Vice President of Business Development for Architectural Solutions with over 20 years of industry experience. He started his career as an Interior Architect in D.C., working for HOK and Stantec. After moving to New York City in 2010, John started working in the furniture sales and operations side of the industry, becoming one of the managing principles of a newly opened dealership. John has since held leadership roles at several commercial furniture manufacturers, most recently managing the New York region as Director of Sales for Inscape. A dedicated sales executive with a passion for design and teamwork, John uses his wide range of industry experience to help clients realize their goals.
Who I am And What I Do
Casey joined Officeworks in 2025 as a Workplace Consultant, bringing a wealth of experience in design and client relationship management. Originally from Michigan, she holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids. With over six years of experience in the interior design and dealer environment, Casey has honed a diverse skill set, ranging from design and procurement to consulting and client relationship building.
Outside of work, Casey enjoys skiing, traveling, and hiking with her dog, Lacey.

Michelle joined Officeworks in December 2019, bringing 22 years of experience in the contract furniture industry. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from the University of Akron. Her responsibilities include space planning, typical development, furniture drawings, specifications and finish selections. Michelle lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband and two sons.

Mark joined Officeworks in 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience leading sales initiatives within the public sector, including federal, state, and local government, as well as higher education and K–12 institutions. Known for his strategic approach and attention to detail, Mark is passionate about creating inclusive, sustainable workplaces and driving complex projects to successful outcomes.

Mickey recently joined Officeworks Inc and brings over 19 years of contract furniture experience to the team. She began as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst and moved into the role of Project Coordinator believing that Project Management was a bit more glamorous than accounting (after 10 years the jury is still out). She also handles Service Work for our clients and enjoys helping resolve their after sale issues quickly and painlessly to insure their furniture experience remains exceptional. She lives in Drexel Hill, PA with her husband Jim and Westie Sidney. She is an avid water walker and is always ready for a trip to the pool or beach house.

Bob has spent the majority of his 26-year career in the commercial contract furniture industry supporting dealers and manufacturers, gaining experiences in areas such as demountable partitions, systems furniture, and educational environments. As a Project Manager, Bob’s emphasis is on providing a better client experience while achieving the best possible result for our clients, team and industry partners. “Whatever you need – whatever it takes” is Bob’s mantra. He believes the best team players are humble, empathetic, hard-working, and rise to the occasion when called upon to do so. One of his favorite things is a punch-free project.

Dolores has 30 years of contract furniture project management experience. Her primary responsibility is managing projects and relationships with internal and external vendors, contractors, installation companies, architect/designers and corporate end users. She is responsible for managing large complex corporate clients with local and national site locations. In her spare time Dolores enjoys gardening and landscaping, focusing on native species, and is presently working towards certification as a Master Gardener under the auspices of the Penn State Agricultural Extension.

Kevin specializes in advising clients on how Workplace Strategy and Design can support and influence an organizations goal by optimizing Real Estate and Facilities to support the evolving workplace requirements. His focus is on building and maintaining solid customer relationships, and spends his days coordinating behind the scenes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.

As Executive Assistant to Mark, Jennifer provides top-level support in a one-on-one working relationship. She maintains and organizes appointments and calendar scheduling and oversees day-to-day operations. She is relied upon to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
As Manager, Special Projects, Jennifer works on large projects from conception to completion ensuring that each project is a total success. She is a highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently. Some Responsibilities include: Complex ordering and scheduling, working hand-in-hand with a Designer & Project Manager & Closing out of a completed job with proper invoicing to the client.
Jennifer got her Associates and Bachelor’s Degrees in Interior Design and Facilities Planning and Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology then spent 10 years working in project services and office furniture installation and sales.

Ryan joined the Officeworks NY team in February 2017 as a project manager. In this position, he brings previous installation experience into a client focused role to ensure successful completion of projects from start to finish. A graduate of Fordham University, Ryan served in the United States Marine Corps and participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom- Afghanistan.

Her experience ranges from corporate facilities and architectural design to large-scale and multi-site furniture installations across the US, allowing her to successfully execute all phases of a project while creating lasting client partnerships.
In her free time, you will find Brenda out on the lake paddleboarding, exploring art festivals, doing a little junking, and finding time to visit her first Grandson in Iowa. Brenda grew up on horseback, raising and showing Quarter Horses in her past life.

Part of her responsibility is to organize RFP response packages, product image starters, and finish packages.

Danielle is a designer with over 15 years of experience with systems and Teknion product at the Philadelphia office. She is familiar with specifying both furniture and demountable partitions across the entire Teknion line. As Senior Designer she oversees specifications, is involved in the bid process and blended product solutions, and handles requests from a variety of long-time clients. A transplant to the Philadelphia area from upstate NY, Danielle lives in a creaky house with her husband, daughter, and cats. She enjoys watching This Old House episodes to get inspiration to buy materials for home-improvement projects that she won’t get around to, and occasionally plays disc golf in the woods. Her space heater is on under her desk nearly year-round, and she never leaves the house without bringing an extra layer (or two)!

Since joining Officeworks DC, Danielle has designed and collaborated on workstations, private offices, soft seating areas, and conference rooms for many commercial offices. Notable projects include The Kellen Company, National Quality Forum, and Crystal City Bid. On busy days you will find Danielle at her desk with her favorite indulgence nearby, a fountain Coke.

Jodi Dakin Loughlin brings nearly 20 years of diversified commercial real estate experience to OfficeWorks. Jodi is a relationship-focused commercial real estate professional, with a robust career encompassing construction, development, acquisitions, recruiting and commercial office furniture. In 2010, Jodi and her husband Mark purchased OfficeWorks in Burlington, Massachusetts. Jodi provides business development services for our rapidly growing firm.
The daughter of an architect, Jodi began her career in construction marketing and business development, working for some of the nation’s very best firms including Suffolk Construction, Tocci Building Corporation and Metric Construction. As her local and national commercial real estate network grew, she transitioned to a successful recruiting role with Keller Augusta Partners. Jodi has placed many of the design, construction and development professionals that have influenced Boston’s growing skyline.
Jodi lives in Concord with her husband and business partner Mark. She has 3 children– Page (5), Alta (4) and Dakin (2). The Loughlins are skiers and spend their winter weekends on the slopes. She is also a passionate dog lover– particularly the Vizsla breed

He leverages a previous marketing background to ensure all project stakeholders are satisfied and focuses on developing long-lasting partnerships. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, with stops in Los Angeles and New York, he now calls Philadelphia home.

Meaghan has a BS in Interior Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology and is currently working on a MBA in Green Building. She has a passion for sustainable design and her job responsibilities include finish selections, furniture drawings, specifications, LEED documentation and project management of furniture installations.

With 8 years as a project manager and over 13 years as a designer Carol has a wide range of contract furniture experience with multiple furniture lines. She got her B.S. in Interior Design from West Virginia University in Morgantown and is experienced with AutoCAD and CAP software. Carol’s job responsibilities include furniture drawings, specifications, finish selections and project management of furniture installation.

Antoinette joined Officeworks in 2020 as a Senior Account Coordinator bringing with her over 20 years of industry experience. In 2023 she was promoted to Director of Client Services, overseeing the Account Coordinator teams in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Washington DC. Antoinette also supports key major accounts and is an integral part of the Architectural Solutions team. Notable projects include RXR Construction, Merck, Colliers, SHI International Corp, Hikma Pharmaceuticals, and Neustar.

With almost two decades in the commercial furniture industry, Nicholas has guided customers through every aspect of the project experience, from concept through post-completion. Nicholas has a degree in Architecture from the University of Arkansas and is currently working toward PMP certification. Nicholas is a subject matter expert in ancillary and hospitality furniture. He has completed many hospitality projects for high-end multi-family housing developments, country clubs, and building lobbies. One of his favorite aspects of this industry is solving puzzles: he has become a master of herding cats and finding solutions to unique challenges.

Scott spent eight years at Teknion as the National Program Manager of Education. He is a WELL Accredited Professional, a WELL Faculty Member, and a strong advocate for UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Common Material Framework.

Gina’s 22-year career began with a BFA in Interior Design. It then quickly found its way into furniture through many dealership roles, including CAD/Design, Project Management, Account Management, and Team Leadership. Gina also spent several years on the manufacturer side, working closely with the A+D community to help develop project solutions. Millie has 20 years of experience in the commercial furniture industry. She graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Interior Design and Randolph-Macon Woman’s College with a Studio Art degree, and she has provided design support for multiple Fortune 100 Companies. Millie later switched over to the dealer side of the business. She draws from the knowledge she gained in her past roles, as well as her strong background in interior design, to inform all of her projects. Millie enjoys working through the design process with her clients and seeing their projects through to the end.

A former collegiate water polo player, Patrick loves swimming in his free time. He also enjoys watching college basketball, snowboarding, going to concerts, and cooking.

As a Senior Account Executive, Steve cultivates strong relationships with our client and industry partners. Steve is a professional member of the International Interior Design Association and Corenet New England. He has a BS in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an Associates Degree in Building Construction Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Outside of work, Steve is an avid runner, competing in road races from 4k to marathons. Steve lives in Walpole, MA with his wife and 3 children.

Danny joined Officeworks in 2024 from the Kitchen and Bath industry, where he worked for five years as a Project Coordinator and Office Manager. Prior to that, he worked as a Retail Manager, College Professor, and teacher of Taekwondo. Edwina holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design and is NCIDQ certified.

Paige joined Officeworks in November 2016 as an Account Coordinator. In 2018, she transitioned into project management and was recently promoted to Senior Project Manager. She has experience in both customer and sales support roles, as well as a background in business development. Paige understands account demands and maintaining product knowledge. She graduated from Plymouth State University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology and Anthropology. Paige also studied at Florence University of the Arts in Florence, Italy, as well as worked in Cork, Ireland during her time abroad.
Outside of work, Paige enjoys coaching lacrosse, skiing, hiking and spending time with her labradoodle.

Henry joined the Officeworks team in 2021 with over 20 years of industry experience. A native Atlantan, Henry loves the city and state he lives in. He graduated from the University of Denver in 2003, with his path ultimately leading to the furniture industry. He joined IMA (now Officeworks) in 2000, helping to grow the functionality and capability of their warehouse space while building the best, most experienced in-house install team. Having worked as an account manager, project manager, and warehouse manager, Henry feels at home both on the job site and in the boardroom.
In his spare time, Henry enjoys hunting, fishing, and cooking.

Kimberly joined Officeworks in 2013 as a Senior Designer. Prior to joining the contract furniture industry she spent over nine years as a project interior designer at an award-winning A&D firm. Kimberly is experienced at managing both large- and small-scale commercial projects from concept to installation. As Director of Design & Ancillary, she is involved in all aspects of the project, guiding her team to produce innovative workspace solutions that meet the client’s aesthetic and budget. An NCIDQ certified Designer, Kimberly received her MS in Interior Design from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
Outside of the office, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, visiting farmer’s markets, traveling, and seeing live music.

Inna joined Officeworks in 2024 bringing over 20 years of experience as a designer, project manager and account executive in the contract furniture and architectural interiors industry. She has a proven track record of driving project success from concept to completion, skillfully combining design expertise with business acumen.
Outside of the office, Inna enjoys spending time with her family, skiing in Vermont during the winter and hiking in the Poconos in the summer. As the mom of three karate kids, she also stays active by maintaining her own karate skills, following in their footsteps.

Cate brings more than 8 years of work experience in the office furniture industry in customer service and sales support. Her responsibilities include budget development, specification of ancillary furniture, and working daily with vendors. Cate’s most important role is maintaining customer relations on a day to day basis. Cate currently lives in Oreland, PA with her husband Lou and son Nicholas.

Jared joined Officeworks in 2025 as a Project Manager with over a decade of experience in contract furniture. Drawing on his installation background, Jared brings valuable insight to clients and maintains rigorous quality control on every project. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he applies his discipline, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety and excellence to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Outside of work, Jared enjoys fishing, canoeing, and spending time with family.

After graduating from Endicott College, Rebecca joined Officeworks in 2011. In 2017 Rebecca moved to New York City to assist in opening our office there. Since joining Officeworks she has managed many key accounts for companies that have offices throughout the United States and Canada. As SVP of Design, Rebecca is involved in all aspects of the project, including developing innovative workspace solutions that meet both the required aesthetic and budget.
Outside of the office Rebecca enjoys running , reading a good book, and skiing.

Christine joined the Officeworks team in October 2019 as Sr. Director of Business Development and Marketing. She has six years of previous work experience in the commercial real estate arena. She generates sales opportunities, market brand awareness, and maintains client relationships. Christine is customer-centric and driven to exceed client expectations.
Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and playing tennis.

Lisa joined Officeworks in 2021 with over 20 years of experience in the industry. As an Account Coordinator, Lisa is the liaison between the customer, workplace consultants, and OW’s manufacturer partners.
Outside of the office, Lisa enjoys spending time with her children, running, and cooking.

Allison brings more than 20 years of experience in the facilities management, design, furniture, and retailing industries. Allison graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA in Interior Design. She has managed and serviced larger projects within the university, pharmaceutical, and banking industries. Allison has also established great partnerships over the years with our factory personnel. As a Senior Ancillary Specialist, Allison finds the challenge of solving problems and working on complex projects to be rewarding . Notable projects include Astra Zeneca, Dow Chemical, Penn State University, PRA Group, and numerous corporate and retail locations for a large financial institution.
In her spare time Allison enjoys playing golf with her spouse, gardening, and cooking.

Ava joined Officeworks in 2025 as an Account Coordinator. A 2023 graduate of High Point University with a BSBA in Marketing, she brings two years of experience in the contract furniture industry. Known for her strong customer service and detail-oriented approach, Ava is passionate about supporting clients and delivering seamless project experiences.
Outside of work, Ava enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and dog, and exploring new restaurants in Raleigh.

Jennings joined the Officeworks team in 2022, bringing over 10 years of design industry experience. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design. As an Architectural Solutions designer, she takes pride in specifying the right wall solution per application and follows that detailed execution throughout the lifetime of a project.
In her spare time, Jennings loves to spend time with family and friends, her husband Eric, and her dog Gigi. She is an avid TV watcher and loves discovering new restaurants in Atlanta.

Phil joined Officeworks in 2025 as an Architectural Solutions Project Manager. With more than 25 years of experience in Architectural Walls—from installation through project management—Phil’s hands-on expertise makes him a tremendous asset to our team.
In his free time, Phil enjoys fly fishing and spending time with his family.
Who I am And What I Do
Samantha joined Officeworks in 2024. As a Human Resources Generalist, she works closely with the Director of HR to administer and execute human resource programs related to compensation, benefits, performance management, occupational health and safety, and training and development. She has past experience as a high-volume coordinator/recruiter and graduated from Kean University with a degree in Communications- Public Relations.
Outside of the office, Samantha enjoys volunteering on the First Aid Squad in her hometown, spending time with her family, traveling, and anything to do with her dog, Mindy!
